Hi blog readers!
I had an awesome experience last weekend being the photographer for Nadeera and the 2017 title holders of Miss Maricopa County (Courtney Ortega), Miss Maricopa’s Outstanding Teen (Ela Wootton), Miss Scottsdale’s Outstanding Teen (Alyssa Hart), Miss Phoenix (Alyssa Scofield), and Miss Phoenix’s Outstanding Teen (Cassidy Miller).
Nadeera is the founder of Flower from Lover, a company that offers a unique concept: lovely boxes filled with a beautiful arrangement of flowers that will remain fresh for up to ten days, as well as French macarons! I saw the arrangements in person and they are SO gorgeous! I love the concept – flowers and fancy desserts? Count me in! Imagine the praise and happiness you will receive when a loved one receives a box full of beautiful flowers and tasty French macarons? Head on over to www.flowerfromlover.com to see the amazing products they offer!
Later this year, Miss Maricopa County (Courtney Ortega), Miss Phoenix (Alyssa Scofield), and Miss Scottsdale (Alicia Hua, not pictured) will compete in the Miss Arizona Pageant, which is the official state preliminary to the Miss America Pageant. Also later this year, Miss Maricopa’s Outstanding Teen (Ela Wootton), Miss Scottsdale’s Outstanding Teen (Alyssa Hart), and Miss Phoenix’s Outstanding Teen (Cassidy Miller) will compete in the Miss Arizona’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program. The title holders are so sweet and carried themselves with such grace, and aren’t they just beautiful? Be sure to send some love and luck their way!
I was honored to have spent time with these ladies and am happy to share some of that excitement with you here. Hope you enjoy the photos!
"The Miss Arizona and Miss Arizona's Outstanding Teen programs provide scholarship and service opportunities to young women in the Grand Canyon State. Over 50 young women representing all corners of Arizona compete at the State competition each year to earn more than $300,000 in cash and in-kind scholarships. By providing a platform for tomorrow’s leaders to express their opinions, talents, character and intelligence, our organization seeks to aid in personal development, better the community and state at large, and display the importance of service before self."
